- Two kilos strawberries
- One liter water
- 50 grams corn starch
- One table spoon Stevia sweetener
- Boil the strawberries in the water for about 30 minutes, or until the strawberries are almost dissolved.
- Add Stevia sweetener. You can adjust the quantity of the sweetener according to your own personal taste.
- Have the corn starch in a glass with lid. Add some water and shake well.
- Pour the liquid from the glass with corn starch into the Strawberry Compote.
- Wisk well.
- Boil up once.
- Cool down.
- Serve the compote cold with cold cream or cold milk.
- Vanilla icecream is also a good option on the top of the compote.
