Strawberry Compote

  • Two kilos strawberries
  • One liter water
  • 50 grams corn starch
  • One table spoon Stevia sweetener
  1. Boil the strawberries in the water for about 30 minutes, or until the strawberries are almost dissolved.
  2. Add Stevia sweetener. You can adjust the quantity of the sweetener according to your own personal taste.
  3. Have the corn starch in a glass with lid. Add some water and shake well.
  4. Pour the liquid from the glass with corn starch into the Strawberry Compote.
  5. Wisk well.
  6. Boil up once.
  7. Cool down.
  8. Serve the compote cold with cold cream or cold milk.
  9. Vanilla icecream is also a good option on the top of the compote.
