Porridge:
2 cups sticky rice
5 cups water
1 teaspoon sea salt
10 cups milk
1. Boil rice, water and salt until the water is boiled off: takes about 10 minutes.
2. Add milk and boil about 25 minutes more.
3. It is important to stir after adding milk, so the porridge do not burn to the bottom of the casserole.
How to serve:
* Eat the rice porridge while it is still hot.
* Use a deep bowl for eating.
* Sprinkle Stevia sweetening powder over the porridge.
* Sprinkle cinnamon powder over the porridge.
* Add a table spoon of butter in the middle of the porridge. In Norwegian it is called an "eye of butter").
