Pudding:
1 cup whipping cream
2 cups cold rice porridge
1/2 tea spoon Stevia
1/2 tea spoon vanilla extract
1. Whip the cream: it is important that the cream is cold.
2. Add the rice porridge.
3. Add Stevia and vanilla extract.
4. Whip all together.

1. Boil up the juice with Stevia.

Almond/nuts/fruits:
You can also add almond flakes or nuts on the top of the creamy rice pudding, if you like.

How to serve:
Serve creamy rice pudding in a deep bowl with sauce poured over.
