When my skin's condition is better

which means my psoriasis fades

I take it as a sign for something I have done right.

I quit the contact with some people

who never tell anything good

and only suck resources out of my mind.

I have got more space for wellness

and to experience tranquility, 

I feel rested in my mind.

People with strong personalities

are always target for others

who struggle with low self confidence.

I know that I will not bring all with me

on my journey into the bright future 

with my loved ones and friends.
